Human Resources Operations Coordinator Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator will be responsible for human resources administration for assigned client group.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Process all job actions & transactions in SAP system (including hire, termination, transfer, severance, and payroll processing) using information provided by HR Coordinators and/or the Compensation team

  • Timely resolve pay issues (e.g., late pay increases; overpayments, etc.), ensuring HRCs and employees are kept up to date on status

  • Serve as a go-to resource and provide leadership for field based HR Coordinators and/or Zone Sales Assistants across the US, including ensuring proper training/on-boarding of new hires; problem resolution; best practice sharing and new process implementation

  • Provide assistance with escalated payroll and employee relation issues, including breaking down barriers to with systems and third party partners

  • Partner with HR Coordinator for assigned client groups to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data changes, and quick resolution to employee relations issues.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Human Resources Operations Coordinator Job

  • 5+ years of previous human resources administration and/or payroll experience
  • Customer service orientation is critical, with demonstrated flexibility in work responsibilities and style to meet key customer/client needs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Self-Motivated Pro-Active Team Player
  • High Level of Proficiency/Experience in Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of Company Systems and/or SAP a plus
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed
  • Ability to cooperate and partner with peers across divisions, functions and work groups.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Human Resources Operations Coordinator Job

  • High school
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
