Job Summary:
The Human
Resources (HR) Manager will partner with the
senior leaders of the organization and
their staff, as well as with the HR
Director and the global HR team. He/She
will provide Human Resource (HR) support
to the global departments within the
organization.
The Human
Resources Manager will be responsible
for developing, implementing, and
coordinating policies and programs for a
region, consistent with policy
guidelines established by corporate
executive management, covering several
of the following: employment,
employee/labor relations, wage and
salary administration, orientation and
training, placement, safety and health,
benefits and employee services.
Job
Description:
The
Human Resources (HR) Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Conduct
HR checklist meetings in branches within
assigned region -
Investigate associate complaints and
concerns -
Collaborate with Associate Relations to
investigate and resolve external
charges, audits -
Analyze
HR statistics including turnover,
associate/customer retention, and
compliance -
Collaborate with branch management to
facilitate periodic talent reviews and
workforce planning -
Attend
branch management and field operations
meetings or seminars -
Participate in corporate projects and
teams related to HR initiatives -
Advise
branch management regarding company
policies, procedures and employment laws
and assist with decisions which support
positive employee relations -
Coordinate the annual performance review
and merit process within assigned
business unit -
Facilitate HR-related training within
branches -
Build
solid working relationships with
managers and staff members -
Provide
coaching, alert to emerging issues and
propose new initiatives.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Generalist and/or employee/labor
relations experience, or an
equivalent
-
1-2
years of management experience
-
Bilingual capabilities, strongly
preferred
-
Knowledge of HR principles and
practices
-
Knowledge of labor law
-
Excellent verbal, written, and
presentation skills
-
Organizational and project
management skills
-
Knowledge and skill with Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Ability to travel overnight on a
frequent basis.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources (HR) Manager Job
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
or a related field and 5+ years of
human resources
Masters Degree in
Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, HR Management, Business
or a related field preferred
HR
certification (PHR/SPHR) strongly
preferred.
