Description:
The
Human Resources (HR) Leader will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
HR leadership and expertise to ~330
engineers across multiple sites globally
inclusive of the Power PECOE (~220
engineers) and Engineering Operations
(~110 engineers) within the Systems
Engineering & Technology organization -
Serve as
HR focal for enabling and driving the
appropriate strategic direction and
change across both organizations to
optimize engineering resources and
continue to evolve a world class
engineering organization -
Strategically partner with business /
clients while consistently providing
critical employee advocacy -
Drive
change and strategic HR direction as
well as ensure efficient HR generalist
support -
Lead and
initiate innovative HR projects and
programs, processes and practices such
as Session C, salary planning,
organizational effectiveness, employee
coaching, recruiting, training,
communication, performance management
and consultation to primary client
managers -
Support
global initiatives by partnering with
global HR staff to leverage talent
across entire organization.

Minimum Education Requirements /

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human
Resources or related discipline
Advanced Degree in Business, HR
management.
