Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Interviewer will interview, hire, and on-board candidates best suited to meet Company staffing needs.

Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Interviewer will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Interview applicants, make sound hiring decisions to staff Company positions in accordance with applicable laws and policies

  • Accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork relating to hiring applicants

  • Accurately complete electronic on-boarding processes and requests for information

  • Support other positions within the Human Resources Office to operate as a team

  • Perform various other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Human Resources (HR) Interviewer Job

  • Previous interviewing and hiring experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and web-based applications
  • Flexible availability to include evenings and weekends
  • Good people skills
  • Attention to detail.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Human Resources (HR) Interviewer Job

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
