Job Summary:
The Human
Resources Generalist Aviation will be
responsible for defined work or projects
with moderate complexity. He/She will
follow an individual work plan, meet
day-to-day short-term objectives, and
resolve issues through immediate action
or short-term planning.Job
Description:
The
Human Resources Generalist Aviation will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
support serving client base on tactical
activities (ranging from ad hoc
requests, payroll issues, WF management,
immigration related requests, foreign
assignments management, etc.) -
Support
staffing and on-boarding for both
regular and temporary hiring and assist
in various Oracle and data management
projects including headcount tracking
and analysis of staffing activities in
support of Affirmative Action Plans -
Address
employee pay and benefit questions -
Participate in Company-wide, business
and local team driving HR initiatives -
Develop
PowerPoint presentations, charts,
reports and other types of
correspondence and communication
materials -
Support
key Human Resources processes and e-HR
tools -
Assist in
conducting interviews, accelerating
cycle time and driving recruiting
efforts -
Enable
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and
drive diversity initiatives -
Produce
reports on key HR metrics and lead
onsite orientation and facilitate
assimilation of new employees working
with line managers.

Oracle, HR database or other related
applications

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources Generalist Aviation Job
Bachelors Degree from an accredited
university or college (or a High
School Diploma / GED with a minimum
of 4 years of experience in a human
resources or employee relations
position).
