Job Summary:
The
Human Resources (HR) Data Analyst will be
responsible for maintaining the Human
Resources Information System (HRIS) and
Learning Management System (LMS). This
includes data analysis, including
analysis in support of market studies
and salary reviews, designing and
providing a variety of reports and
metrics, providing system trouble
shooting for all HR system issues and
ensuring integrity of data in HRIS and
LMS.

The
Human Resources (HR) Data Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Maintain
internal database files and tables,
and develop recurring or ad-hoc
reports to meet the requirements and
needs of management and staff -
Recommend business process
improvements having an HRIS or LMS
component and serve on teams to
implement business process changes -
Provide necessary data analysis in
support of market based reviews and
merit increase processing -
Under
the direction of the Director, HR
responsible for the compilation and
submission of salary survey data -
Identify training needs of end users
and develop and provide the
necessary training to meet those
needs -
Ensure data integrity and
confidentiality within company HRIS,
other HR technologies and vendor
systems as they relate to employment -
Continually monitor and update
metrics to ensure the trends being
reported integrate with the
strategic priorities of the
organization -
Draw
conclusions from statistical
analysis to collaborate with HR team
to identify key trends within client
groups -
Perform technical and analytical
work of an in-depth, complex, or
sensitive nature in the area of
assignment to assist in meeting
goals and objectives of the
department -
Troubleshoot system problems for all
human resources systems (Lawson,
Taleo, HR/Payroll Connection,
SuccessFactors, and LEARN) -
Ensure that LMS set-up produces the
reports necessary to satisfactorily
monitor and track employee
competencies to meet regulatory
requirements -
Communicate and promote the LMS to
all employees, including LMS
training in the new hire process,
and act as a consultant to all
employees on LMS content.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources (HR) Data Analyst Job

2-4
years experience with HR systems,
knowledge of Lawson, Taleo,
SuccessFactors and E-Learning is
preferred
-
In
depth knowledge of HR processes and
how they interface with HR and
Learning systems
-
Working knowledge of and the ability
to use databases, application
development, report writer, word
processing and spreadsheet software
-
Demonstrated commitment to service,

Minimum Education Requirements /

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Information Systems, Information
Technology, Computer Science or a
related field, or the equivalent
combination of education, training
and experience that provides the
required knowledge skills and
abilities.
