Answer a multiple line telephone

Handle routine inquires or requests

Direct calls or take messages

Greet
and direct job applicants

Verify that employment applications
are complete and accurate

Check
references and previous employment
history

Perform photocopying and maintenance
of general and confidential
personnel files

Enter
new hire
-
Rehire
-
Termination and Team Member change
information into the system(s)
-
Generate reports
-
Order
supplies
-
Perform
any
other duties or special projects as
assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources Clerk II Job
-
2+
years experience
-
Standard computer skills including
generating simple letters,
spreadsheet and/or graphics,
creating simple queries
-
Understanding of the Tyson Business
Computer System, Human Resource
System and Purchase Order System
-
Strong oral/written communication
-
Good
interpersonal skills
-
Bilingual: English and Spanish is a
plus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources Clerk II Job

High
School Diploma, vocational school or
equivalent with knowledge of high
school subject matter such as
mathematics, grammar, office
equipment and business practices.
