will be responsible for directly
supporting the manufacturing plant
manager and team.

The
Human Resources Business Partner will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide support to business areas to
facilitate meeting business
objectives

Provide guidance and direction on
all aspects of Talent Management
including Staffing, Performance
Management and Employee Relations
-
Provide coaching to management on
Compensation, Organizational
Development, and Employee
Development
-
Provide counsel to management in
developing and implementing employee
engagement plans to promote positive
employee relations
-
Build
and maintain effective working
relations with management and
employees to provide advice and
counsel to both on employee-related
and organizational matters
-
Perform project management duties
and team facilitation.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years of Human Resources experience
with increasing scope and complex
responsibilities to include employee
relations, engagement,
communications, talent acquisition
and employee development
-

years required in high volume
manufacturing/production environment

5
years experience in conducting
internal investigations and handling
sensitive Employee Relations matters
-
Experience in union avoidance
strategies desirable
-
Excellent teamwork, communications
and project leadership skills
-
Solid
business acumen and demonstrated
ability to contribute as a business
partner to achieve business results
-
Demonstrated track record of
building trust and delivering
results
-
Demonstrated success as business
partner, strong initiative and
ability to operate independently
-
Experience in union avoidance
strategies desirable

Ability to handle multiple
deadlines, work autonomously and
rapidly adjust to changing
priorities

Ability to maintain a professional
demeanor and interface with

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources Business Partner Job

Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Industrial Relations, or
Management with concentration in HR
or equivalent degree – Master’s
degree in Human Resources,
Industrial Relations or equivalent
preferred.
