Job Summary:
The
Human Resources (HR) Associate
will be responsible for providing
comprehensive, effective and efficient
administrative support to the entire
Company Team. He/She will undertake
projects and requests as needed by the
specialty area and act as the central
point of reference for coworker’s
questions and needs. The Human Resources
Associate will ensure Company meets all
business standards and maintains the
organizations compliance.Job
Description:
The
Human Resources (HR) Associate will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform new hire onboarding and I-9
Verifications
-
Central point of contact for
coworker questions and emails
-
Gather compliance acknowledgements
and maintain personnel files
-
Run
and create reports by request
-
Schedule and maintain calendars to
include meetings, interviews and
events
-
Ensure data integrity within the
Peoplesoft database
-
Handle sensitive data with a strong
sense of privacy and confidentiality
-
Provide on-site coordination of
materials, rooms, equipment and food
in support of training, meetings or
labs
-
Responsible
for maintaining customer focus and
conforms to the Company quality
management system
Periodic reviews of Company Circle
of Service Philosophy and the
Quality Policy to understand
Company's commitment to excellent
client service and continual
improvement and to conform to these
policies and philosophies at all
times
Report any client problem, or any
service outage that may cause
potential client problems to your
supervisor
Communicate improvement ideas
regarding Company service quality or
client satisfaction per established
means.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications, with a strong working
knowledge of Excel
-
Strong attention to detail while
being results and solution driven.
Track record of working with a sense
of urgency, meeting deadlines while
producing high quality work

History of working independently
with little direction
-
Demonstrated ability to build solid
partner relationships
-
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with the
ability to effectively interact with
coworkers at all levels including
Senior Leadership
-
Experience with Peoplesoft and/or
Taleo
-
Basic
knowledge of Visio and Project.
