Job Summary:
The
Human Resources Applications
Administrator
will function as system administrator
for the corporate talent management
system and employee portal, providing
technical and project management
expertise in the areas of planning,
system configuration and implementation.Job
Description:
The
Human Resources Applications
Administrator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform recruiting, onboarding,
employee profiles, performance
management, goal management, 360,
succession planning, and other
modules as added
-
Work
with data analyst and vendor(s) to
ensure accurate portal content and
system configuration
-
Support the technical direction of
systems while ensuring integration
with the technical direction of
other supported platform(s)
-
Perform internal and external
relationship management, including
vendors, employees/management, and
user-group participation
-
Responsible for maintaining
administrative security, developing
ad hoc queries, and creating
standard reports
-
Coordinate activities with business
process owners and act as a liaison
with IS and HR/Payroll.
