Job Summary:
The
Human Resources (HR) Analyst
will perform Human Resources duties at
the professional level and may carry out
responsibilities in some or all of the
following functional areas: employee
relations, training, data analysis, and
employment/recruitment. He/She will
abide by and actively support the
philosophy of the facility;
administer/abide by human resource
policies and procedures.

The
Human Resources (HR) Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Facilitate and/or provide human
resource training to staff and
leadership
-
Interview, screen and recruit job
applicants to fill entry level,
professional and technical job
openings
Assist in development,
implementation and interpretation of
employee policies and procedures
-
Investigate and respond to employee
claims of non-adherence to company
policies and procedures and assess
potential for risk based on laws,
regulations and practices
-
Keep abreast of employment laws and
legal trends
-
Work effectively with legal counsel,
as necessary relating to employment
law matters
-
Resolve employee-relations issues
Coach managers to
settle work-related conflicts and
methods of elevating performance
Handle
employee counseling and exit
interviewing
Analyze employee data,
discuss findings with management and
recommend solutions, particularly when
repetition of individual problems
indicates negative trends
Partner with compensation team to
recommend total compensation solutions
for functional area
Assist in
conducting annual salary surveys and
compiling information for salary
administration process
Create reports
presenting results of analysis
Administer approved compensation
structure and plans
Provide input into creation of
performance management system
Manage
deployment into organization and ensure
adherence to annual process
Monitor
performance program components and
assist in revising, as necessary
Provide career development coaching to
employees and managers
Partner with staffing team to select
exempt and non-exempt employees; conduct
new-employee orientation; represent
company at recruitment events
In partnership with National
Recruiting and Staffing, administer EEO
program and Affirmative Action Plans for
accountable site(s); maintain records,
reports, and logs to communicate
information and to conform to
regulations
Maintain compliance with
all appropriate governmental regulations
concerning employment
Partner with the Team on
claims resolution and communication of
information to employees during open
enrollment season
Participate in developing and
deploying department goals and
objectives
Participate in
administrative meetings and conferences
Respond to inquiries from department
directors, supervisors and employees
regarding policies, procedures and
programs
Perform a variety of analytical work
in support of HR and Company
leadership.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources (HR) Analyst Job

Three years previous experience in
human resources
-
Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel
-
Previous experience with reports and
analytics
-
Strong change management and leadership
development experience
-
Considerable knowledge
of principles and practices of personnel
administration
-
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, excellent
interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to
partner with HR specialty groups and
consulting with line management
-
Strong knowledge of change
-
Management, leadership development and
talent management processes.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources (HR) Analyst Job
-
Bachelor's degree and two
(2) to five (5) years of Human Resources
experience, or Seven (7) years of
experience in the HR field, or similar
combination of education and experience
-
Certification in Human Resources
Management, PHR or SPHR is
preferred.
