Human Resources Administrative Specialist Job Description

 

 

 

Job Description:

The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide administrative and HR project support to the site Human Resources Manager and Recruiting team, including prioritizing work to ensure that it is completed in a timely and efficient manner while working in an incredibly fast paced corporate environment

  • Perform all interview scheduling for site Recruiters/ Managers, Escort all interviewing candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Assist site HRM on candidate experience process, Metrics support initiatives, candidate travel reimbursements

  • Arrange logistics for meetings: invitation, room reservation, audio visual, material preparation, equipment setup, calendar maintenance & various other related requests

  • Assist HR staff with special projects as needed

  • Manage/ Assist in various HR reporting processes.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Human Resources Administrative Specialist Job

  • Ability to organize work assignments and work independently

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 2 year experience in human resources.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Human Resources Administrative Specialist Job

  • Four-year degree in Management/Human Resources preferred.
