Description:
The
Human Resources Administrative
Specialist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
administrative and HR project support to
the site Human Resources Manager and
Recruiting team, including prioritizing
work to ensure that it is completed in a
timely and efficient manner while
working in an incredibly fast paced
corporate environment
-
Perform
all interview scheduling for site
Recruiters/ Managers, Escort all
interviewing candidates and ensure a
positive candidate experience
-
Assist
site HRM on candidate experience
process, Metrics support initiatives,
candidate travel reimbursements
-
Arrange
logistics for meetings: invitation, room
reservation, audio visual, material
preparation, equipment setup, calendar
maintenance & various other related
requests
-
Assist HR
staff with special projects as needed
-
Manage/
Assist in various HR reporting
processes.
