Human Resources department, focusing on
HR Business Partner projects.Job
Description:
The
Graduate Intern – Human Resources
Business Partner will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Assist with the major Organizational
Development initiatives for HR –
Talent Planning, Culture Survey
action plan implementation,
Performance Management for larger
Corporate client groups
-
Partner with the Director, HR
Business Partners and Sr. Manager,
HR to facilitate special projects
involving team development
(coordination of off-site
team-building programs, researching
development internal and external
programs for recommendation, etc.)
-
Act
as the Project Lead under the
guidance of Senior HR Manager for
key initiatives
-
Perform other related duties as
assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word and
Outlook)

Strong technical and communication
skills; writing skills are a plus

Previous HR internship experience
-
Experience with SAP.
