Graduate Intern – Human Resources Business Partner Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Graduate Intern – Human Resources Business Partner will assist with special projects in Company Corporate Human Resources department, focusing on HR Business Partner projects.

Job Description:

The Graduate Intern – Human Resources Business Partner will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Assist with the major Organizational Development initiatives for HR – Talent Planning, Culture Survey action plan implementation, Performance Management for larger Corporate client groups

  • Partner with the Director, HR Business Partners and Sr. Manager, HR to facilitate special projects involving team development (coordination of off-site team-building programs, researching development internal and external programs for recommendation, etc.)

  • Act as the Project Lead under the guidance of Senior HR Manager for key initiatives

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Graduate Intern – Human Resources Business Partner Job

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

  • Strong technical and communication skills; writing skills are a plus

  • Previous HR internship experience

  • Experience with SAP. 

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Graduate Intern – Human Resources Business Partner Job

  • Graduate (Bachelor degree and preferably in the process of obtaining graduate degree) Majored within the field of: Business Administration, HR Management and Business Management with a minor/emphasis in HR, and/or any other relevant majors or coursework.
