Job Summary:
The
District Director Human Resources,
working closely with the Executive
Director, the District's Chief Executive
Officers/Administrators and the Senior
Vice President of Human Resources, will
be responsible for providing oversight
and consulting regarding all
Company-based human resources functions
and programs, including, orientation,
leadership development training,
employee relations, human resources
related policies and procedures,
employment law, retention, compensation
administration/internal equity, HRIS
management reporting, OSHA/Worker's
Compensation and benefits enrollment.
He/She will consult with and update
District and Region management and the
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Division regarding all Human Resources
functions and activities.

Description:
The
District Director Human Resources will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
In
collaboration with Cmpany management
and/or the Senior Vice President of
Human Resources, the District
Director, develop, communicate,
facilitate/coordinate implement and
monitor new and/or enhanced HR
programs, policies and procedures,
as approved by the HD Executive
Committee
-
Serve
as the District Lead Facilitator for
the Service Excellence initiative
-
Promote proactive, positive employee
relations practices that create a
"Culture of Caring" balance the
roles of both employee and Company
advocate
-
Serve
as key member of Human Resources
team, providing valuable input and
feedback and assuring implementation
and strategic success of both
division and corporate-wide HR
initiatives while ensuring
compliance with federal, state and
local employment laws, as well as
applicable regulations and
standards.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For District Director Human Resources Job

Five
(5) years of Human Resources
Management experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
District Director Human Resources Job

Bachelors degree required Masters
degree preferred.
Licenses/Certification: PHR/SPHR
certification preferred.
