Director Relationship Leader - Human Resources Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Director Relationship Leader - Human Resources, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources World Service, will lead the implementation of the Company Human Capital Plan within US-based Customer Service Centers.

Job Description:

The Director Relationship Leader - Human Resources will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Lead a team of Human Resource professionals

  • Drive the execution of the Human Capital Plan

  • Coordinate the resources of the core HR COEs as it relates to center needs

  • Provide talent management

  • Perform organization development and change management support to the Company leadership team

  • Execute a Human Capital Plan and drive a HR agenda in support of business objectives

  • Extended responsibility includes being the face of the Company HR in the local external community

  • Build and maintain external presence with local dept of commerce, educational organizations and other local community groups

  • Build relationships and leverage strong collaboration skills across HR peers and partners

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Director Relationship Leader - Human Resources Job

  • Extensive experience with talent management, organization development, organizational effectiveness, change management and employee communications
  • Human resource generalist level knowledge of employee relations, compensation, recruitment and selection and core HR processes.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Director Relationship Leader - Human Resources Job

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
