The Director Human Resources Development - Medical Center will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Plan, implement and evaluate the non-clinical training, education, and development programs for all Medical Center employees to enable them to perform effectively in their area of current or future responsibilities at the Medical Center.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Director Human Resources Development - Medical Center Job

  • Five years of education/training program management which includes at least three years of program design, delivery and evaluation
  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Word processing skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Director Human Resources Development - Medical Center Job

  • Masters degree in Human Resources/Organizational development or related field.
