The
Director Human Resources - IT will perform

Contribute to the business strategy
by helping business leaders to
identify, prioritize, and build
organizational capabilities,
structures and processes

Support leaders in forecasting and
planning talent requirements in line
with the business strategy

Help
leaders provide employees with
development opportunities and ensure
that they are able to meet current
and future performance standards

Provide expert advice and coaching
to employees when appropriate
-
Act
as a liaison between the line and HR
areas of expertise to ensure that HR
services and programs are delivered
and aligned with internal client
needs
-
Understand employee opinions and
anticipate their needs and concerns
-
Identify new opportunities where HR
can add value to the business
-
Manage specific projects as
determined by the annual HR strategy
and participate in functional and
cross functional initiatives.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Director Human Resources - IT Job

10+
years experience in all aspects of
Human Resources in an Information
Technology organization
-
Substantial business and financial
acumen
-
Comprehensive understanding of the
link between HR and the business
strategy
-
Ability to engage, inspire and
influence people
-
Strong interpersonal, communication,
and customer service skill
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Director Human Resources - IT Job

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in
Human Resources

SPHR
certification preferred.
