Director Assistant-Human Resources
will be responsible for using his/her
business, leadership and people skills
to inspire exceptional performance;
maximize sales and profits for his/her
Target store. He/She will ensure great
guest service and team member
satisfaction; create a fast-paced,

consistent Target brand experience for
team members and guests.

The
Director Assistant-Human Resources will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Answer phones, relay messages and
provide great guest service to
internal team members and external
guests

Manage the district team leader's
calendar and email
-
Manage calendar/email as well as
arrange appointments, travel,
conference calls, events/meetings
-
Track
on-going expenses against the budget
to ensure correct accounts have been
charged
-
Act
as a confidential assistant in
support of the district team leader.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years of relevant work experience

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint and Visio

Strong oral and written
communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task
as well as problem solving and
decision making skills.
