Job Summary:
The
Center Human Resources Manager
will be responsible for developing a
work environment that positions the
Organization as "the employer of choice"
and endeavors to create a work culture
committed to the Mission, Vision, Core
Beliefs and Values of the organization.
The HR Manager's Success will be
measured in terms of employee
satisfaction, development, retention,
and achievement of the Company
established excellence goals and key
performance indicators as reflected on
the Corporate Scorecard.

Description:
The
Center Human Resources Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Guide
the Center Talent Acquisition
process – attract, screen,
interview, select, certify and
welcome, as well as the Talent
Management process – set
expectations, coach, recognize,
develop, evaluate and reward
Fairly and consistently enforces
Organization's Human Resources
policies and procedures, pay
practices and collective bargaining
agreements if applicable
Indirectly reports to Regional
Manager/Director, Human Resources to
accomplish Staff Excellence goals.
The indirect relationship includes
but is not limited:
- Clarification of roles and
responsibilities;
- Advice and direction relating to
center performance improvement;
- Development and coaching in
employee relations skills;
- Guidance through monthly meetings
to achieve established goals and to
initiate activities which will drive
results.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Center Human Resources Manager Job

3-5
years previous work experience in
Human Resources with proven track
record
-
Prior
experience in healthcare or LTC
setting preferred
-
Experience using computer to support
work activities
-
Work
flexible hours in order to meet with
employees who work 24/7; ensures
those working evening and night
shifts stay connected
-
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Center Human Resources Manager Job

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
and/or SPHR/PHR preferred.
