Description:
The
Assistant Human Resources (HR) Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide HR support to business units
and interact with union leadership
on matters relating to labor
relations, contract interpretations,
discipline issues and problem
/grievance resolution
-
Administer employee benefits program
and resolve benefit issues
-
Assist with staffing, recruiting,
and orientation responsibilities for
plant hourly and salaried employees
-
Coordinate and implement human
resources special projects
-
Assist with handling discrimination
complaints and grievance
investigation / resolution
-
Assist non-union Buffer DC as
appropriate.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
