for approximately 600 employees globally
in a $300MM P&L.

The
VP Human Resources (HR) will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Partner
with CEO and business executives to
drive business strategy
Design
and implement HR strategy to achieve
business goals
Provide
leadership and expertise for the full
scope of HR functions including
Performance Management, Succession
Planning, staffing, diversity,
organizational change and development,
leadership & employee development,
compensation planning, performance
management, communications and community
relations
Lead
recruitment, retention, and leadership
development to ensure the necessary
capabilities are acquired, developed and
deployed. Focus on recruiting domain
expertise
Drive HR
compliance with policies and procedures
across all client groups
Initiate
innovative HR programs to promote
Organization culture
Participate in HR cross-business
initiatives to maximize organizational
effectiveness, drive HR process
simplification and deliver service
excellence.

sigma or lean experience
Experience with the Security
Industry and government regulations
Strong facilitation, negotiation,
conflict resolution and
communication skills with a keen
ability to effectively interface
with multiple levels (Employees,
Senior Executives and Business/HR

expertise in HR technical
proficiencies and core HR
competencies
Ability to handle multiple

years experience in sourcing,
staffing and building high
performing global teams with some
experience handling Product
Management/Marketing/Sales/Engineering
organizations
Demonstrated HR leadership and
ability to work in a globally,
matrixed team environment
Proven employee relations,
performance management, skills
assessment and leadership coaching /
development experience
Demonstrated ability to partner and
collaborate with business leaders
and employees to effectively drive
change and achieve business goals
Project management, facilitation and
complex problem-solving skills,
along with strong process skills
Strong employee advocate while
playing a coaching and mentoring
role to key employees.
