Ten
years of progressively responsible
roles in HR management and
leadership
Experience in managing multiple key
areas of HR operations in a complex
organization
Excellent interpersonal skills,
include a service orientation, sound
written and oral business
communication skills, strategic
planning and execution, fundamental
financial management skills, project
and time management skills, and
collaboration
Demonstrated excellent fit with

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Bachelor's degree in a directly
related field
