Description:
The
SAP Human Resources (HR) Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Support the hiring of Third Party
Nationals in support of the WPPS
contract -
Execute status changes, terminations
and hiring -
Differentiate nationalities and pay
areas in SAP. (i.e. some are paid bi
weekly some are monthly, there are
different terms in the new hire
agreements, benefits and PTO are
different, then there is the entire
clearance process by DoS before they
can get into a paid status, etc.)
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For SAP Human Resources (HR) Analyst Job

Familiarity with SAP HR
Maintenance (status changes,
terminations etc), new hires, and
Time Management
-
Ability to create WBS elements in
SAP and manipulate data accordingly
-
Familiarity with "scripting" data
into SAP that would be preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
SAP Human Resources (HR) Analyst Job

Bachelors degree in HR
management or Business.
