Job Summary:
The
Project Management - Accounting/Finance
is responsible for driving operational
projects throughout the organization!
He/She will be part of Company
accounting department and assist with
strategic initiatives crossing business
teams and operating groups as a Senior
Accounting Consultant.
The
Project Management - Accounting/Finance
will help manage and complete projects,
define performance and results for
internal and external reporting needs.
He/She will investigate standard to
non-standard requests and problems, make
presentations to senior leadership,
ensure project documentation is accurate
and ensure project scope is completed
within time and budget constraints.

The
Project Management - Accounting/Finance will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Develop and maintain
business unit and project-level
financial reporting

Identify and execute on
opportunities for process
improvements and automation

Define and document/communicate
business requirements
-
Analyze scope and resolution to
project development requests
-
Develop and document medium to
high complexity business workflows
-
Interact with project teams and
senior management
-
Present options for problem
resolution
-
Contribute in developing
organizational functional knowledge
-
Anticipate customer needs and
proactively develop solutions to
meet them
-
Serve as a key resource on
complex and/or critical issues
-
Solve complex problems and
develop innovative solutions
-
Review work performed by others
and provide recommendations for
improvement

May lead functional or segment
teams or projects

Provide project and analytical
support
-
Liaise between the business unit
and the IT department

Communicate with audiences and SME's at all levels of management to
provide project results/options.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Project Management -
Accounting/Finance Job

5+ Years of relevant experience
-
Excellent communication,
organizational and time management
skills
-
Advance level of proficiency in
Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
-
Experience in project-based
financial reporting a plus
-
Experience in other reporting
tools such as Access, Visual basic a
plus
-
Demonstrated ability to build and
maintain trusting relationships with
project team and stakeholders.
