The Manager - Finance - Retail will be responsible for the full P&L for the businesses he or she supports. This includes, amongst other thing, responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis.

The Manager - Finance - Retail will be an active member of the Leadership team. He/She will be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth retail business.

Job Description:

The Manager - Finance - Retail will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc project analyses, and financial modeling using a broad range of tools including Access and Excel

• Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management

• Provide the business team with useful data and recommendations for decision-making

• Establish and maintain operating and business metrics.

• 5+ years Financial Analysis experience, or 1+ years of Financial Analysis experience with an MBA

• Strong analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 3+ years Excel experience

• Experience and ability to use Essbase, Cognos, or similar tools

• Ability to use SQL preferred.
