Job Summary:
The
Financial Analyst - Department of
Finance is responsible for performing
professional work requiring intermediate
use and application of concepts,
theories, principles, practices, and
terminology of accounting.
The
Financial Analyst - Department of
Finance will analyze data and prepare
financial statements and reports for
internal and external purposes
consistent with a broad understanding of
the Institutional mission and vision,
the role and goals of the business unit
and the tasks and responsibilities of
the Accountant in the achievement of
institutional and business unit goals.

Description:
The
Financial Analyst - Department of
Finance will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Analyze, accumulate, and review data
for The Company
Provide variance
explanations
Assist with month-end
presentations
Support preparation of financial statements as
required
Provide technical support for the
Company Cost of Practice, Budget,
Ancillary and other Department of
Finance databases as needed
Assist in the budget process for the
Company
Prepare and
analyze budget reports for
administration
Assist with maintaining the internet
tool for forecasting visits
Assist in the monthly and quarterly
close for Company
Manage and
maintain Company database
Maintain the
Company variance
database and web-site including
preparation and distribution of the
monthly variance file
Manage and coordinate data
submissions to relevant bodies
Manage and coordinate submissions of
Company survey data to meet
benchmarking requirements.
