Finance Manager - Ticket Fulfillment Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager - Ticket Fulfillment is responsible for providing leadership to the Ticket Fulfillment team.   

Job Description:

The Finance Manager - Ticket Fulfillment will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide strategic direction for the department, ensuring that department resources are adequate to meet future initiatives

  • Perform key managerial duties with other departments including Sales, Ticket Services, and DGCS to ensure timely delivery of ticket media to Company Guests and Cast.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Finance Manager - Ticket Fulfillment Job

  • Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or Ticketing

  • Demonstrated strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to function effectively in team environment or independently

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with in a Windows environment; specifically strong Excel skills

  • Willingness to learn new technology and business processes

  • Proven Knowledge of Disney’s Parks and Resorts

  • Proven Experience with Internal Controls

  • Proven experience in WDW systems (ATS, DPMS or Lilo, SAP).

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Finance Manager - Ticket Fulfillment Job

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
