Job Summary:
The
Budget Coordinator Retail Finance is
primarily responsible for
helping to drive and support Company
global Retail Human Resources and
Recruiting teams. As part of the Retail
Finance Team, the
Budget
Coordinator Retail Finance will work
closely with the global Retail Business
and Shared Service teams.
Job
Description:
The
Budget Coordinator Retail Finance will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Act
as Authorized Requestor for Retail
Human Resources, Recruiting and
Administration groups managing the
Purchase to Pay Process
-
Review project estimates
-
Perform global purchase order setup
and review
-
Handle all invoice processing and
payment workflow
-
Document and file monthly invoices
-
Provide support on finance issues,
policies and practices and work as a
liaison between the business and
finance
-
Work
with vendors to ensure and enforce
contract compliance
-
Participate with the business
partners and suppliers to drive best
practices worldwide
-
Prepare monthly and quarterly
journal entries
-
Perform month end close and
financial reporting for new and
ongoing projects
-
Ensure compliance with the Company’s
policies and procedures.

years experience in Finance,
Accounting or relevant field

Ability to mange multiple tasks and
adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic
environment

Demonstrated ability to build
effective business partnerships

Technical aptitude with database
management and analysis

Proven analytical and creative
problem solving skills

Advanced working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel

Detailed orientated with strong
communication and organizational
skills.
