• Mandate process change at a division

• Develop the strategic global process direction for the corporation

• Direct a team of approximately 15 to 25 people globally (including subject matter experts)

• Create and lead a team capable of driving best practice in the Finance area that will be globally enabled

• Direct decisions that will fundamentally change the global business processes

• Direct and coordinate multiple global implementations, simultaneously

• Develop potential successors both on the team and in the organization that will continue to implement these best practices and knowledge throughout the organization

• Facilitate decision making within the team as needed to continue to proceed with the project

• Deliver business case results on cost, time and quality.  

• Well versed in global Finance and Accounting best practices

• Ability to persuade Senior Executive Committee in the corporation, including the CFO, in order to gain corporate backing of initiatives

• Ability to persuade and interact with all levels of the organization

• More than 10 years of experience in: Finance related disciplines (Accounting, Shared Service), Vendor Relationship Management, Requirement and Order Processing, and Settlement

• High strategic skills with a vision to lead the growth agenda

• High impact individual with the ability to both challenge and influence top management

• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects

• Ability to anticipate obstacles and contingencies and allocate resources to changing needs.
