Job Summary:
The
Engineering Content Development Manager will be responsible for
leading a team of content developers who
are assigned to various engineering
projects to deliver the final content
that compliments the code implementation
which is released into production.

The
Engineering Content Development Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Define the development practices for
content, workflow, tracking and
success measurement, quality
assurance, tool development and
improvement, and documentation and
training
-
Partner with Engineering Leads,
Managers and Project Managers to
design sustainable and clean content
implementations
-
Develop new content for engineering
projects/releases
-
Manage content development resources
-
Coordinate with engineering teams,
publishing and site management
-
Champion content development across
department.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Engineering Content

3-5 years of e-commerce experience

Experience leading teams and/or
projects

Demonstrated success in business
process re-engineering

Excellent problem solving skills
under pressure and short deadlines

Ability to deal with changing
