Job Summary:
The
RF Manager — DAS Engineering Deployment
will be responsible for managing design,
deployment and performance aspects of
inbuilding and outdoor (i/o) distributed
antenna systems (DAS), tools and
technologies such as GSM/2G, WCDMA/3G,
LTE/4G and Wi-Fi.

The
RF Manager — DAS Engineering Deployment will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Interface with Antenna Solutions
Group Regional Engineering,
Construction and Engineering and
Program Management teams as well as
other Company Organizations to
collaborate and help drive DAS
Engineering deployment process and
procedures
Develop, implement and maintain DAS
engineering Deployment processes,
procedures and standards for
in-building and outdoor DAS, for
both public and private networks
(i.e. Enterprise customers). Such
task would include, but not limited
to, following: RF Configuration
Process, Equipment and Transport
Engineering and deployment process,
macro tilt and sector removal
recommendation process, etc.,
Compliance and Regulatory standards
such as E911, FAA/FAA, Safety/MPE,
etc.,Engineering milestone and
Deployment reporting,
resource/cost/time gap analysis,
etc., Facilitate and/or manage
Training Program surrounding tools,
technologies, and DAS engineering
and deployment, Setup standards for
managing and maintaining
documentation and projects
Implement QA and best
practice/feedback process to ensure
standards are kept current
Collaborate and Support National ASG
organization, where needed
Provide Tier-III support to regional
and market teams for processes and
procedures
Manage small team of engineers.

In-depth understanding of Transport
and Core Networking components such
as RNC, BSC, MSC, gateways, ATM, IP,
Ethernet, routers, SMS, etc.
Experience in managing various parts
of wireless operations, including
problem management, alarm
management, incident management and
performance management.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
RF Manager — DAS Engineering Deployment
Job
Bachelor's degree (MSEE is preferred) in
Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of
relevant work experience, with 3+ years
of management experience (PMP is
preferred).
