Job Summary:
The
ITS Sales Engineering Manager will
be responsible for guiding Sales Engineering function to
achieve the goal of supporting Company
Business customers in selection of
appropriate solutions to match
identified business needs and to provide
technical information/support to Account
Managers in the achievement of Global
sales and revenue objectives.

Description:
The
ITS Sales Engineering Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage and
motivate a team of Sale Engineers
responsible for the provision of
pre-sales support to the Sales team to
construct business and drive client
technical solutions
-
Prioritize resource
allocation and anticipate staffing
requirements and adopt a systematic
process for recruitment of SE’s in line
with organizational objectives
-
Manage
team performance on a regular basis
utilizing Personal Performance Plans,
providing feedback/coaching and
providing clear objectives
-
Maintain
consistent and reliable performance data
in order to manage the business and to
provide accurate reports/forecasts in a
timely fashion
-
Anticipate and
identify issues & conflicts in order
to provide a route for the escalation in
order to ensure swift resolution
-
Develop
and maintain internal and external
relationships with clients, suppliers
and colleagues
-
Communicate
professionally and effectively at all
levels
-
Take a leading role in senior
level presentations and large scale
customer negotiations with Sales teams.
