Description:
The
Senior Customer Service Specialist - Oil
Field Services will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Ensure accurate and timely
processing of orders and quotations
-
Direct the movement of material for
global multi-PSL operations
-
Utilize knowledge of products and
processes to service customer needs
-
Serve
as a liaison for communication with
field personnel, engineering,
manufacturing, procurement, etc. to
fill customer requirements
-
Coordinate cross-center and vendor
supplied orders as required and
monitor those shipments
-
Work
with Law Department to ensure export
compliance and stay current
regarding international material
movements and shipping regulations
-
Administer contracts and notify
necessary personnel regarding
royalties, commissions, agent fees,
etc. as required
-
May
direct activities or give guidance
to Order Correspondents, Customer
Service Specialists, and others due
to level of knowledge and
responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Senior Customer Service Specialist -
Oil Field Services Job
Experience
in the Customer Service environment
and other relate areas, such as
Procurement, Manufacturing, or
Logistics, typically gained through
3-5 years experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Customer Service Specialist - Oil
Field Services Job
Associate degree.
