Senior Customer Service Specialist -
Banking will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide direction and oversight of
bank transactions that take place at
the customer service counter and
drive through window

Ensure each customer service
specialist delivers professional
services to customers including
handling, and posting transactions,
and verifying funds

Ensure optimal scheduling of
customer service specialist to meet
branch service standards and
transaction volumes

Perform
balancing cash drawer
Handle customer inquires regarding
product features, fees, available
products and services.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Senior
Customer Service Specialist - Banking Job
Associate degree.
