The Senior Customer Service Representative - Banking will be responsible for responsible for providing a high quality of customer service while performing a wide variety of services.

Job Description:

The Senior Customer Service Representative - Banking will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Open new deposit accounts

  • Assist customers with questions, changes, or concerns regarding new or existing accounts

  • Cross-sell various Bank products

  • Perform teller functions

  • Represent the Bank to customers in a courteous and professional manner.  

  •  

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Senior Customer Service Representative - Banking Job

  • Associate’s degree and supervisory experience.
