The Order Processing Customer Service will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Take customer orders

  • Process the orders using AS400

  • Provide customer satisfaction to all Distributors, Brokers, and Regional Sales Managers.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Order Processing; Customer Service Job

  • 2 or more years of Customer Service experience in a distribution environment
  • MS Office Suite and AS400 proficiency
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Order Processing; Customer Service Job

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
