Job Summary:
The
Manager Broker-Customer Service Unit will
be responsible for overseeing the
process of providing general information
regarding most complex questions
regarding mutual fund accounts, fund
policies, practices and services via
telephone and written correspondence to
clients of the Company.

The
Manager Broker-Customer Service Unit will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Process information associated with
account maintenance
-
Research more complex issues to
correct/minimize problems, such as
order entry errors, statement and
customer account set-up
-
Responsible
for the preparation of daily reports
and nightly transaction balancing
with team assistance
Responsible to promote and maintain
a superior level of customer service
within the group and manage the
training of new employees and
observing customer handling
techniques.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Prior
experience as a liaison between the
Investment Consultant and Brokerage
Operations
5-7
years of Prior Investment Sales or
Operations Related Experience
FINRA
Series 7 an 63 (or 66)
Strong Customer Service Experience
Success in Fast-Paced Environment.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Manager

Bachelors Degree in Finance or
Business.
