Inbound Customer Service Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Inbound Customer Service will be responsible for all customer inquiries and questions, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job Description:

The Inbound Customer Service will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Work with confidential customer information

  • Help customers resolve issues on first call

  • Enter data from customers into various software programs

  • Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries

  • Participates in additional training courses when needed

  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Inbound Customer Service Job

  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • 12 months experience.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Inbound Customer Service Job

  • High School Diploma.
