The Customer Support Technician will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone in a fast paced environment

  • Answer incoming support requests via phone, email or web portal

  • Analyze problems and inquiries related to Service Level agreements.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Customer Support Technician Job

  • 3-5 yrs experience with Helpdesk Support experience. 

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Customer Support Technician Job
