Job Summary:
The
Customer Service Representative - Store will
be responsible for providing the highest
level of customer service through
account management activities.Job
Description:
The
Customer Service Representative - Store will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Perform
premier customer service in respect to
all customers both internal and external
to the partnership store
-
Complete
customer service calls in a timely
manner as assigned
-
Work as a
cooperative member of the partnership
store team and RAC Acceptance team in
all operational aspects
-
Network
with partnership store personnel to gain
referrals and educate partnership store
staff on the rental process
-
Perform
other
duties assigned by the Sales Manager
Review
expired accounts and communicate with
customers to promote timely payments
Maintain
accurate records of past due account
activity.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Customer Service Representative -
Store Job
Prior
customer service experience
Friendly with exceptional
communication skills
Organizational and time management
skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficient with simple math
calculations
Computer literacy/proficiency in a
windows operation system.
Minimum Education Requirements /
