Customer Service Representative - Store Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative - Store will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service through account management activities.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative - Store will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform premier customer service in respect to all customers both internal and external to the partnership store

  • Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned

  • Work as a cooperative member of the partnership store team and RAC Acceptance team in all operational aspects

  • Network with partnership store personnel to gain referrals and educate partnership store staff on the rental process

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager

  • Review expired accounts and communicate with customers to promote timely payments

  • Maintain accurate records of past due account activity.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Customer Service Representative - Store Job

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Friendly with exceptional communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with simple math calculations
  • Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Customer Service Representative - Store Job

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
