Job Summary:
The
Customer Service Representative National
Accounts will be responsible for
answering incoming calls/emails/faxes or
going to websites and taking appropriate
action to schedule services and
inspections. He/She will be interpreting
contracts and applying correct service
work orders and pricing for addd-on
services. The
Customer Service Representative will
insure customer satisfaction with
on-time delivery and service results.
Job
Description:
The
Customer Service Representative National
Accounts will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Take
service requests from Company National
Account customers
-
Create
work orders and dispatch service calls
to Company branches
-
Operate
standard office equipment to include:
computer, printer, scanner, facsimile
machine and photocopy machine
-
Follow up
on service to verify service is
delivered efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Ability to identify, research, and
resolve customer issues using the
computer system
Self-managing, with good oral and
written communication skills
Willing to be a team player by
balancing team and individual
responsibilities
Ability to respond promptly to
customer needs, identify and resolve
problems in a timely manner
Ability to gather and analyze
information skillfully
Proficient in/with Microsoft Office
Products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
preferably

year of customer services skills
1
year clerical experience
Good
interpersonal, and organizational
skills
Multi-tasking skills.
