Job Summary:
The
Customer Service Representative -
Healthcare, under the direction of the
Customer Service Management Team, will
be responsible for resolving and
responding to telephone inquiries form
beneficiaries and providers.

Description:
The
Customer Service Representative -
Healthcare will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide
accurate and thorough interpretation of
benefits, eligibility, behavioral health
referrals
-
Build
non-medical necessity review
authorizations for claims payment
purposes
-
Assist
callers in accordance with the Federal
TRICARE South Contract.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Customer Service Representative -
Healthcare Job
Two
years of Customer Service experience
Previous experience in an ACD call
center environment within the
healthcare industry
Knowledge about the military is
helpful.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

School Diploma, Associates Degree or
equivalent related experience.
