Job Summary:
The
Customer Service Representative -
Bilingual will operate as the front line
relationship management in supporting
customer requests, establishing
relationships with new customers and
serving existing clients. He/She will be
creating exceptional member experiences
by determining the individual needs of
previous members and matching their
wishes and desires with relevant
products and services.Job

The
Customer Service Representative -
Bilingual will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Take
inbound calls in a call center
environment

Fulfill
member's needs related to products and
services

Translate
documents and other material from one
language to another

Read
material and rewrite material in
specified language or languages,
following established rules pertaining
to factors, such as word meanings,
sentence structure, grammar,
punctuation, and mechanics.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Customer Service Representative -
Bilingual Job
Fluent in French, Italian or Spanish
2-3
years experience in a call center
environment
Effective listening, writing,
interpersonal and verbal skills
Strong computer proficiency,
including typing skills and the
ability to navigate through computer
systems
Service experience in a call center
environment
Prior
experience in the Travel,
Hospitality or Vacation Ownership
industry
Demonstrated strong service and
consultative skills
Ability to read/write both in native
language and in English with
knowledge of basic geography
Experience translating
travel-related copy is not
necessary, but is a plus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
