The Customer Service Representative - Banking will function as the Bank's primary contact with the public. 

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative - Banking will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Work directly with clients

  • Manage a cash drawer

  • Involve the receipt and payment of negotiable instruments

  • Handle client inquiries or concerns

  • Recognize situations that suggest a client's need for additional services and refer the client to the appropriate department. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Customer Service Representative - Banking Job

  • 6 months Customer Service Experience.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Customer Service Representative - Banking Job
