Description:
The
Customer Service Merchandiser will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Process
sales transactions and assist customers
in a prompt, courteous manner

Enter
customer purchases into P.O.S system

Answer
telephone calls and use hhgregg phone
etiquette

Responsible for opening and closing
registers

Verify
and balance all transactions entered in
the registers

Perform
returns and exchanges for customers
within the 14-day return policy
guidelines.
