The
Customer Service Associate - Insurance will perform
all or some of the following Job

Take
inbound calls and assist customers from
all parts of the country with various
types and severity of claims

Provide
frontline services such as rental car,
towing, and emergency help

Verify
coverage, coordinate emergency cleanup,
and offer various guaranteed direct
repair facilities to ensure the customer
is on the road to recovery.

Ability to type 35WPM or better
Strong analytical reasoning &
problem solving skills
Strong attendance and performance

Ability to work in a call center
