The
Customer Service Associate - Banking will be
responsible for developing the skills
necessary to deliver high quality
customer service through efficient and
accurate handling of over the counter
transactions in compliance with all bank
policies.

The
Customer Service Associate - Banking will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Deliver
accurate, quick and efficient customer
service by performing standard debit,
credit and product transactions while
maintaining a balance between
transaction time and customer need

Answer
routine inquiries by customers and refer
high level inquiries to appropriate
staff
-
Maintain
the appropriate inventory level of cash,
forms and supplies for their station
-
Depending
upon experience, assist in preparation
of weekly and monthly inventory,
tracking and other operational reports
-
Utilize
branch technology and systems
effectively
-
Recognize
customer needs and opportunities
-
Refer
customers to appropriate staff for
product sales or problem resolution
-
Accurately present account information
in accordance with knowledge of bank
products
-
Create
awareness of products and services
-
Prepare
the proper daily set up and balancing of
a cash box
-
Perform
the accurate balance of daily work and
prepare required forms and various
clerical work within bank procedures,
policies and applicable regulations
-
Provide
general clerical assistance to the
branch as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Customer Service Associate - Banking Job
Knowledge of computer preferred
0-2
years relevant experience
Detail oriented with the ability to
handle confidential and sensitive
information
Familiarity with bank products and
services
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
Flexibility to respond to multiple
ad hoc assignments or situations
Proven ability to work effectively
under time constraints while
maintaining a high accuracy level.
