Job Summary:
The
Customer Service Assistant will be
performing full-cycle bookkeeping duties
which include: processing A/R and A/P,
invoicing, managing cash flow,
reconciling bank statements, and
preparing monthly financials.

Customer Service Assistant will perform

description:

Process
Payroll through ADP
-
Maintain
inventory records. Prepare expense
reports
-
Comply
with federal, state, and company
policies, procedures, and regulations

Complete
and submit tax forms and returns

Prepare
bank deposits
-
Process
Credit Card via Pay Pal and make weekly
reports
-
Perform
general office duties such as filing,
answering telephones, and handling
routine correspondence
-
Perform
additional duties and report, as
directed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Customer Service Assistant Job
3-5
years of accounting and bookkeeping
Customer service and some experience
in Personal assistance
Positive and motivated
Experience and excellent computer
skills
Proactive and ability to work
independently as well as positive
contributor to the team!
3-5+
years of experience in a
manufacturing or wholesale
environment
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills at all levels
of the organization
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar
accounting software
Proficient in MS Office with
in-depth knowledge of Excel.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Customer Service Assistant Job
