The Customer Service Agent will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Interact with customers to assist with routine transactions

  • Provide support to internal customers

  • Take payments

  • Process service orders

  • Handle customer service inquiries related to billing, collections, deposits, disconnections and power outages. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Customer Service Agent Job

  • Customer service experience
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Customer Service Agent Job

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
