Job Summary:

The Center Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for performing many functions within the center with minimal supervision. 

Job Description:

The Center Customer Service Coordinator will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Handle customer issues

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Assist and train other Customer Service Associate team members

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills

  • Perform functions such as purchasing, scheduling, problem solving, setting up new customer accounts, preparing bank deposits, and directing team members in one or more major function areas.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Center Customer Service Coordinator Job

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
